Painful shoulder syndrome

Shoulder is not an anatomical term but functional one. It has a unique structure that allows, through its four joints, for smooth, precise movement of the body within the greatest range. The most of pain syndromes are associated with the four original trailers of musculature which are on the spatula to the other ones that are bigger and smaller nodules of arm bone. They constitute the so-called rotary ring. Damage to the rotary ring is most common for people over 40 years of age. The damage is usually associated with trauma, or covered by the chronic diseases of the bone. The microangiografic studies showed that in the surroundings of rotors for the arm a bone is particularly predisposed to the formation of degenerative changes and tears, while impediments to healing.
