Sports massage


For many years it is an indispensable element in the training of athletes. It helps to fight the effects of fatigue caused by physical exertion. Massage helps loosen tired muscles and it prevents their later damage.

It is necessary in all situations when the sportsmen are  about taking the exertion, before the rest time ex. during multi-leg bicycle races, multiday volley-ball tournaments etc. In these cases, massage allows sportsmen to quickly regain the strength.

The one of its forms is isometric massage
It is about the massaging of muscles during the isometric muscle contraction (the contraction of muscles without any movements in joints – that is without the shortening of muscle length). First of all it fosters the development of strength and muscle mass.
